• iPhone 18 Pro Max - This model, almost identical to the iPhone 17 Pro Max, may be slightly thicker due to a larger battery. Some new camera features may be reserved for the Pro Max, but this remains to be confirmed. Both models will be available in a new dark cherry hue.
• Foldable iPhone - Apple's first foldable iPhone may be called "iPhone Ultra". When closed, it will measure about 5.5 inches, and when open, 7.8 inches. It will resemble an iPad mini in landscape mode, with multitasking features. It will feature Touch ID instead of Face ID and will be limited to a dual-camera system.

Cost Increases

According to several analysts, the Pro models of the iPhone 18 will be more expensive than those of the iPhone 17. This is due to a supply shortage of memory, which has driven up DRAM costs for consumers. As a result, Apple will have to pay much more for memory components.
